Esther has over 25 years experience of working in the construction industry and built environment. Throughout this time Esther has gained extensive experience at designing, implementing and managing successful work winning bid processes, including managing bid teams and resources, facilitating question interpretation and storyboarding sessions, alongside reviewing final submissions and collating feedback via client debriefs to capture lessons learnt to ensure continuous improvement.
